At Black Luxe Transport, LLC, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all of our passengers. As a premier black tie shuttle service based in McKinney, Texas, we recognize the importance of ensuring that our transportation services are available to everyone in the North Dallas area.

ACCESSIBILITY ADJUSTMENTS ON THIS SITE

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also [remove irrelevant information]:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site 

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

DECLARATION OF PARTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD DUE TO THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The accessibility of certain pages linked to our website depend on contents that do not belong to Black Luxe Transport, LLC, and instead may belong to third parties. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for any pages where content can be modified by third parties.

ACCESSIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS IN THE ORGANIZATION

Booking Assistance: Our team is trained to assist passengers with special requests or needs.

 

We encourage any client requiring assistance to contact us directly so we can provide the best possible service tailored to their needs.

Vehicle Accessibility: Note! With apologies, our fleet vehicles are currently not equipped with ramps, or lifting devices for large mechanical or oversized assistive devices. Our vehicles are standard, unmodified Infinity brand QX60 model Luxury Sport Utility Vehicles. Any assistive devices would need to be lifted into the rear storage area by our drivers. We will make every effort to accommodate such devices but please note that some items are simply too large or too heavy to safely transport without specifically designed vehicular modifications.

​Location Accessibility: We will do our best to ensure that our pick-up and drop-off locations within the McKinney and North Dallas areas are conveniently situated and accessible. Should customers require assistance from our drivers, to include physical support while entering and exiting the vehicles, folding, unfolding, storing, or unpacking devices such as portable wheel chairs, crutches, etc., please feel free to ask your driver.

Your driver will make every attempt to be respectful of you and your personal belongings while simultaneously providing assistance. Please feel free to communicate the exact level of assistance you are/are not comfortable with receiving.
