Zero Tolerance 
Policy

Purpose: 
The purpose of this Zero Tolerance Policy is to promote a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all employees, clients, and stakeholders at Black Luxe Transport, LLC. We are committed to maintaining an atmosphere free from harassment, discrimination, violence, and misconduct.

Policy Statement: 
Black Luxe Transport, LLC maintains a strict zero tolerance policy regarding the following behaviors:

1. Harassment: 
   Any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying, or any unwanted and inappropriate behavior, will not be tolerated.

2. Discrimination: 
   Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, religion, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.

3. Violence: 
   Any acts or threats of violence, including physical altercations, intimidation, or aggressive behavior, are not acceptable under any circumstances.

4. Substance Abuse: 
   The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol by employees during work hours or within company vehicles is strictly prohibited. See also driver impairment policy.  

5. Theft or Fraud: 
   Theft, fraud, or any dishonesty that compromises the integrity of our operations will result in immediate disciplinary action.

Reporting Violations: 
Employees are encouraged to report any incidents of misconduct, harassment, or discrimination to their supervisor or the Human Resources department immediately. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

Disciplinary Action: 
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the behavior.

Review: 
This policy will be reviewed annually and may be updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws or company practices.
