Policy Statement: 
Black Luxe Transport, LLC enforces a strict zero tolerance policy regarding any form of impairment in the system of our drivers while on duty. This policy is designed to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

1. Prohibition of Impairment: 
   Drivers are prohibited from being under the influence of any substances that may impair their ability to operate a vehicle safely. This includes, but is not limited to, alcohol, illegal drugs, prescription medications that can cause impairment, or any other substances that may affect judgment or motor skills.

2. Testing: 
   Black Luxe Transport, LLC reserves the right to conduct random impairment testing, including drug and alcohol screening, to ensure compliance with this policy. Testing may also occur if there is reasonable suspicion of impairment.

3. Consequences of Violation: 
   Any driver found to be impaired while on duty will face immediate disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the violation.
