1. General Policy
- Customers may request a refund for their shuttle service bookings under the specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time.
3. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service via email rswank@blackluxetransport.com, or text (972) 838-6306.
- Please provide your booking confirmation number and the reason for the cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Customers can modify their bookings (date, time, or service) without any additional charge if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Note that extending or shortening the booking will change the final charges.
- Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a modification fee of $25 unless otherwise specified.
5. Exceptions
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we may offer a full refund or a reschedule option, at our discretion.

A legal disclaimer
Black Luxe Transport, LLC is focused on customer satisfaction at every event. Having said that, we realize there are incidents that can occur which are outside of our and our customer's control. In such moments, it is highly recommended that our customers ensure to communicate their ideas clearly to our staff and drivers in order to best convey their desired outcome. In the event that such resolution cannot be found, the preceding policies and procedures are the standard for any refunds between Black Luxe Transport, LLC and our customers.
Refund Policy - the basics
A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between Black Luxe Transport and our customers regarding how and if we will provide them with a refund. Black Luxe Transport, LLC is required (according to local laws and regulations) to present our services refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. In the possible event, a customer is not satisfied with the service provided it is strongly recommended they attempt to make any requests from the driver at the time of the service. We are in business to make our customers happy and we will try anything within reason and expense to make this happen.
