At Black Luxe Transport, LLC, we prioritize the safety of our drivers, passengers, and the communities we serve. To ensure a professional and secure environment, all Black Luxe Transport, LLC employees are expected to be in accordance with the City of Dallas - Ordinance 29596 

Zero Tolerance Policy Statement
Black Luxe Transport, LLC enforces a strict zero tolerance policy regarding any form of impairment, due to alcohol, illegal drugs, or other controlled substances for our drivers while on duty. This policy is designed to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

1. Prohibition of Impairment: 
Drivers are prohibited from being under the influence of any substances that may impair their ability to operate a vehicle safely. This includes, but is not limited to, alcohol, illegal drugs, prescription medications that can cause impairment, or any other substances that may affect judgment or motor skills.

2. Testing: 
Black Luxe Transport, LLC reserves the right to conduct random impairment testing, including drug and alcohol screening, to ensure compliance with this policy. Testing may also occur if there is reasonable suspicion of impairment.

3. Consequences of Violation: 
Any driver found to be impaired while on duty will face immediate disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Responsibility: 
All drivers are responsible for ensuring that they are fit for duty at all times. It is imperative that drivers report any situation that may impair their ability to perform their duties safely.

5. Commitment to Safety: 
Black Luxe Transport, LLC is dedicated to providing safe transportation services. We believe that enforcing this policy will help create a culture of safety and accountability among our drivers.

Filing a Complaint or Reporting Incidents

In Dallas, If you encounter an intoxicated  transportation-for-hire driver who poses an immediate threat to public safety, call 911 and report the situation to the police.
